Break-Fix Model
At the starter level, our "Break-Fix" model provides your business technical assistance on-demand. If something breaks or stops functioning, you call and we fix it accordingly. There is zero client obligation at this level, but in turn, there is no guarantee your systems will be proactively monitored or maintained, or that we can provide critical assistance in emergency situations. Our Break-Fix services are generally reserved for very small operations of 1-4 computers with limited budgets and are based on the traditional “Trading Dollars for Hours” concept.


iManaged Services
LANPRO’s  iManaged Service Plans are contractual subscription services that offer a fixed-cost solution for computer networks hosted within your facility. The entire network is managed by LANPRO, without any hidden surprise costs to you along the way.
